This condominium hall bathroom is about 45 square feet
in size and was originally constructed in 1972.

The "before" photos show the original wall inside the room, separating the tub/toilet compartment
from the sink and vanity. This wall was removed and the remainder supports the onyx countertop. The
old tub plumbing was rerouted to create a main shower with dual showerhead, a ceiling-mounted rain shower, and a
hand shower. A custom wall cabinet with mirrored doors supplies storage.

In addition to the demolition, this project included new
wall construction, significant plumbing installation, shower stall construction, installation of standard tile in
complex designs, installation of custom artisan tile in the shower floor, ceiling work, lighting installation,
glass shower surround installation, countertop and vessel sink installation, custom cabinetry, installation of accessories,
and painting.
